Harford County sheriff's deputies and state police report:

Kristopher Brown, 31, of the 3600 block of Churchville Road, was charged last Thursday with first-degree and second-degree assault.

Tyler Testerman, 18, of the 200 block of Schmechel Street, was charged Friday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, first-degree burglary, vandalism, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and second-degree burglary.

Kevin Johnson, 33, of the 1900 block of Carsins Run Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Medicine and electronics were stolen last Thursday in the 1400 block of Perrywood Drive.

Shots were reported fired last Thursday in the 4600 block of Philadelphia Road.

A possible break-in was reported Saturday in the 1900 block of Park Beach Drive.

A possible break-in was reported Saturday on Poplar Grove Avenue.

Four tires were slashed Monday in the 200 block of Spesutia Road.

Adrian Davis, 18, of the 3000 block of Raking Leaf Drive, was charged last Thursday with first-degree burglary and two counts of theft less than $1,000.

A neighbor drove through a front yard last Thursday on Huxley Circle.

A game system and money were stolen last Thursday in the 3600 block of Marpat Drive.

A brick was thrown through a window Friday in the 500 block of Doefield Court.

A break-in was reported Saturday in the 3100 block of Cardinal Way.

An attempted break-in was reported Sunday in the 200 block of Crosse Pointe Court.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Sunday in the 2900 block of Shelley Court.

Someone pulled a knife Sunday while on Star Pointe Court.

A watch was stolen Monday in the 3700 block of Pulaski Highway.

Bel Air

Joshua Goetz, 25, of the 1800 block of Oxford Square, was charged Friday with failing to obey a traffic control device, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while intoxicated.

Johanna McClung, 21, of the 200 block of Foxhall Drive, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from Virginia justice.

Sheena Hernandez, 24, of the 1400 block of Prospect Mill Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Nelson Hammerbacher, 51, of the 1400 block of Landis Circle, was charged Monday with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A yard was vandalized last Thursday in the 1200 block of Runnymede Lane.

A vehicle was broken into last Thursday in the 1200 block of Vance Court.

A window was broken Friday in the 1300 block of Locust Avenue.

Joshua Farr, 26, of the 400 block of Silver Side Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and vandalism.

Conrad Gaylord, 20, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana and a drug other than marijuana.

Corey Hierstetter, 20, of the 200 block of Aster Lane, was charged Friday with fourth-degree burglary and theft below $100.

A wallet was stolen from a vehicle Sunday in the 2000 block of Mardic Drive.

Havre de Grace

Stanley Allen, 33, of the 500 block of Pennington Avenue, was charged Friday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with driving without a license.

Dante Wiggleton, 44, of the 700 block of Monarchos Drive, was charged Sunday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Havre de Grace police report:

A man in the 1000 block of Chesapeake Drive, was charged last Thursday with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and marijuana possession. After further investigation, his wife also told police she had been raped and he was charged with second-degree rape.

Cheryl Cox, 33, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was charged Tuesday with newspaper theft.

Donna Weaver, 40, of the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

Thirteen vehicles were found egged on Sunday morning in the Grace Harbour, Bayview Estates, Grace Manor and Havre de Hills communities. The vehicles were on Canvasback Drive, Seagull Drive, Pintail Drive, Goforth Drive and Lewis Lane Extended.

A woman was shoplifting at 7-Eleven, in the 500 block of North Union Avenue, on Sunday.

A sign was damaged last Thursday in the 100 block of South Washington Street.

A van and mailbox were spray-painted last Thursday in the 2000 block of Lori Lane.

Money was stolen from a lockbox in the 500 block of Counterpoint Drive on Friday.

Credit card fraud was reported Friday to the 700 block of Pennington Avenue.

Two GPS systems were stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 200 block of Tidewater Drive.

Prescription medicine was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of Juniata Street.

White Hall

Xavier Synowiec, 29, of the 3100 block of Timber Ridge Circle, was charged last Thursday with reckless endangerment, vandalism, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and firearms.

A mailbox was vandalized last Thursday in the 2900 block of Duncan Road.

Tamika Brown, 35, of the 600 block of North Jordan Street in Allentown, Pa., was charged last Thursday with failing to appear in a case in which she was charged with second-degree escape.

Joseph Helsing, 27, of the 10000 block of Padding Court in Ellicott City, was charged Dec. 27 with negligent driving, reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Baylor, 26, of the 100 block of North Dewey Street in Philadelphia, was charged Dec. 27 with having a fraudulent identity to avoid prosecution and making a false statement to an officer.

Kyle Williams, 24, of the 300 block of Meeher Avenue in Newark, N.J., was arrested Dec. 26 as a fugitive from New Jersey.

George Patterson, 47, of the 2800 block of Clearview Avenue in Parkville, was charged Dec. 31 with possessing marijuana.

Robert O'Neill Jr., 31, of the 1600 block of Green Mill Road in Finksburg, was charged Jan. 2 with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with theft below $100.

Edward Dashiell, 23, of the 300 block of August Lane in Glen Burnie, was charged Jan. 2 with possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing marijuana, resisting arrest and having an open alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment.

Peter Kazarian, 38, of the 400 block of Peach Street in Staunton, Va., was charged Jan. 2 with failing to appear for a case in which he was charged with two counts of theft below $1,000 and two counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Justin Bond, 31, of the 2000 block of Paulette Road in Dundalk, was charged last Thursday with failing to register as an offender.

Autumn Lewis, 29, of the 100 block of Macintosh Drive in Colora, was charged last Thursday with violating a peace order.

Joshua Zimmerman, 21, of no fixed address, was charged Friday with failing to notify proper authorities that he is a sex offender.

John Adkins, 39, of the 3600 block of Woodlawn Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Monday with fourth-degree burglary.

Jill Sherrard, 35, of the 1100 block of Cedar Corn Road in Perryville, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and resisting arrest.
