Joshua Farr, 26, of the 400 block of Silver Side Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and vandalism.

Michael Arruda, 50, of the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Drive, was charged last Thursday with providing a service without a license.

Conrad Gaylord, 20, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana and a drug other than marijuana.

Thomas Zeback, 45, of the 600 block of Longwood Court, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree assault and vandalism.

Joseph Lewis, 19, of the 2000 block of Magnolia Woods Court, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Rhaheim Welch, 21, of the 600 block of Harr Park Court, was charged Monday with possessing marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.
