Inglish Maria Alford, 42, of the 1300 block of Rainbow Way, was charged Friday with failure to stop after an accident, failure to remain at the scene of an accident and driving while her out-of-state license was suspended.

Allen Franklin Holmes III, 29, of the 500 block of Crownwood Court, was charged Saturday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a drug other than marijuana and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Cheryl S. McFadden, who is also known as Cheryl Stills in court records and has addresses in the 2900 block of Siwanoy Drive and the first block of North Caroline Street in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.
