An 18-year-old Bel Air woman and her teenage sister have been charged with attacking another girl at The Arrow School with knives and a fork.

Kimberly Alexandra Reyes, 18, was ordered held on $200,000 bail Monday after allegedly attacking the girl on Sunday. Her address is listed as the school's address, according to the statement of charges.

A Maryland State Police trooper responded at about 4:30 p.m. to a dorm at the school, where Reyes was seen washing blood from her hands and had several cuts on her hands.

According to victim and witness interviews, Reyes and her sister, who is a juvenile, entered the Arrow dorm, pushed past an employee and entered a room where they assaulted the victim, punching her in the head and chest.

Staff members stopped the assault and the sisters were escorted from the building, but Reyes ran from the residence director and returned to the cottage she and her sister lived in.

When Reyes left the dorm, she had two knives and a cooking fork in her hands, while her sister threw a rock through a window in the dorm.

They climbed through the window and went back to the other room, kicking out a vent at the bottom of the door and crawling into the room.

Witnesses then said they heard Reyes and her sister threaten to stab the victim and begin to kick her, hit her and throw items at her.

The sister was charged and released on a juvenile petition because of her age.
