Annual 9/11 flag waving tribute is Tuesday in Joppa

Harford Del. Pat McDonough, along with volunteer firefighters and community groups, will host the annual flag-waving remembrance tribute to the victims and families of 9/11 in Joppa Tuesday on the 11th anniversary of the national tragedy.
