An elderly man was flown to a regional trauma facility after a two-car accident in northern Harford County Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred in Street at Routes 543 and 646 and, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesperson for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
The two-car accident was reported around 3:15 p.m. Friday, according to a Maryland State Police accident report.
The driver of a Nissan Maxima, Antonio Paolini, 80, whose address was not available, was flown to an unidentified Baltimore trauma center, according to the report. His injuries were serious but "currently non life threatening," according to Gardiner.
The other car involved was driven by Margaret Marlene Neal, 50; her address also was not available.
No further information was available.
