BELMONT UNIVERSITY: Samantha Hubner of Fallston qualified for the winter 2012 dean's list at Belmont University. Eligibililty is based on a minimum courseload of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C. Hubner, a 2012 graduate of Fallston High School, is pursuing a dual major in international communications and policial science in the honors college program at the university.
