College Lines: Local students named to Dean's lists

WILLIAM AND MARY: Taylor Schwabe of Baldwin, Katarina King of Bel Air and Connor Oates of Bel Air were recently named to the Dean's List at the College of William & Mary for the fall 2012 semester.

YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA: Colleen Russo of Churchville, a senior psychology major at York College of Pennsylvania, will present her research at the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in New York City in March.

UNIVERSITY OF MARY WASHINGTON: Katherine Gerbes, a senior from Forest Hill, and Charlotte Hagerman, a junior from Street, were among the 727 students named to the dean's list at University of Mary Washington.

LYCOMING COLLEGE: Thomas Lurie of Bel Air, a communications major, was named to Lycoming College's dean's list for the fall semester.

UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT: Brittany N. Dooling of Bel Air, a junior majoring in environmental studies in the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources; Grace E. Emerick of Monkton, a senior majoring in history in the College of Arts & Sciences; and Benjamin B. Vaughan of White Hall, an undeclared junior in the College of Arts & Sciences were named to the dean's list for the fall 2012 semester at the University of Vermont.

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND: Victoria Igorowski, of Kingsville, was named to the dean's list at the University of Richmond for the fall semester 2012. She is a 2009 graduate of Fallston High School.

FROSTBURG STATE UNIVERSITY: The following students were named to the dean's list at Frostburg State University in recognition of outstanding academic achievement for the fall 2012 semester. To be eligible, a student must undertake a minimum of 12 credit hours and earn a cumulative semester grade point average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale. COLLEGE OF BROCKPORT: Susan Stewart-Craig of Bel Air, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2102 semester at The College at Brockport, State University of New York.

ITHACA COLLEGE: Andrea Pace, a resident of Monkton and a junior sport management major, was named to the dean's list in Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance for the fall 2012 semester.
