Aberdeen

Richard Eugene Somner, 49, whose address is at the Travelodge in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Thursday with failing to register as a sex offender with false information and failure to provide notification as a sex offender.

Donald Hoffman, 42, of the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Thursday with failing to register as a sex offender with false information and failure to provide notification as a sex offender.

Lessielee Ersula Davis, 18, who has addresses in the 200 block of Perrywood Court and the 400 block of Green Street in Havre de Grace, was charged Friday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Elliott Calin Gladden, 17, who has addresses in the 700 block of Norman Avenue and the 1400 block of Cranberry Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Dana Tysean Brown, 29, of the 400 block of Doris circle was charged Monday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession other than marijuana.

Juveniles were drinking underage Saturday in the 800 block of Lynn Lee Drive.

Milford Gale Henderson, 71, of the 700 block of Everist Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Devon May Fretz, 33, of the 23600 block of Saulsbury Lane in Georgetown, Del., was arrested Thursday on aQueen Anne's County bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with having inadequate tail lamps, failure to obey traffic control devices and driving while his out-of-state license was suspended.

Timothy S. Michalik, 42, of the 12000 block of Winding Creek Way in Germantown, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Magdylenne Y. Beck, 19, of the 500 block of Edmund Street, was charged Thursday with theft less than $1,000.

Maurice Stefan Clemons, 19, of the 100 block Hanover Street, was charged Friday in two cases with marijuana possession.

Louis Levada Sallie, 57, of the 800 block of Garfield Road in Havre de Grace, was charged Saturday with two counts each of fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $500.

Alexander Issac Brown, 28, of the 400 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Marvin Williams, 43, of the 2800 block of Majesty Lane, was charged Sunday in two cases. He's charged with two counts of second-degree assault in one case and one count of second-degree assault in the other.

Lisa Marie Charlton, 35, of the first block of Jacob Street, was charged Sunday with child abuse by a parent, second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault.
