A Baltimore County man is being held at the Harford County Detention Center on no bail after being charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
Warren Pearson, who lives in the first block of Parham Circle in Rosedale, has two prior assault convictions involving the same victim, the mother of his child, noted Assistant Harford County State's Attorney Joel Muneses during Pearson's bail review in District Court in Bel Air Friday afternoon.
"Three times the same victim with a domestic [assault charge]?" said retired District Judge Patricia Pytash. "That's scary to me."
Pytash said she was "very concerned" and had an "obligation" to hold Pearson without bail at the detention center.
