Donnie Edward Beck Jr., 36, of the 700 block of Custis Street, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Sara Louise Montgomery, 30, of the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant.

Eric Douglass Nelson, 35, of the 300 block of Paradise Road, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possessing a forged prescription and altering a prescription.

Adam Michael Salyer, 24, who has addresses in the 600 block of Aldino-Stepney Road and the first block of Green Lane in Port Deposit, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $100, fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $500.

A front license plate was stolen Wednesday from the 500 block of Advantage Avenue.

A house was broken into Wednesday in the 200 block of Perrywood Court.

Havre de Grace police report:

Duane Allan Duncan, 22, of the first block of Bluffs Drive in Conowingo, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, drug possession and possession of a synthetic drug.

Robert Lee Zeman, 26, of the 200 block of South Union Avenue, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant for a violation of probation.

Two apartments in the 500 block of Franklin Street were broken into Tuesday. Someone got into an apartment in the building through a bathroom window in the back and ransacked that apartment. The burglar then ransacked a nearby apartment, entering through the unlocked front door. Nothing was taken in either break-in.

A small brass snuff box and a metal cross pendant, parts of a display at the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum, were stolen between Saturday and Wednesday. The total value is $200.

Joppa

A suspicious woman was wandering around a store in the 500 block of Joppa Farm Road Tuesday.

A vacant home was possibly broken into Tuesday in the 2300 block of Singer Road.

A vehicle was broken into Tuesday in the 300 block of Ellsworth Place.

Two dirt bikes were stolen from a garage in the 500 block of Eckhart Drive Wednesday.

A front license plate was stolen Wednesday from the 1200 block of Plaza Circle.

Stacie Marie Burnite, 30, of the 3300 block of Deer Hill Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

John Wallace IV, 25, of the 700 block of Highland Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

A house in the 300 block of Davis Road was broken into Wednesday.

Whiteford

Frank Herbert Simpson Jr., 55, of the 1800 block of Deep Run Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and vandalism more than $500.

Lacy Lee Stoltzfus, 24, of the 100 block of Hilltop Road in Delta, Pa., was charged last Friday with 17 counts of writing a bad check less than $500, 10 counts of theft less than $100, eight counts of theft less than $1,000 and one count of theft scheme $1,000 to $10,000.

Kusan Maurice Hines, 30, of the 400 block of Rear Green Avenue in Lewiston, Pa., was arrested last Friday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Steven John Nunno, 20, of the 500 block of New Jersey Avenue in Glen Burnie, was charged Sunday with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and drug possession other than marijuana.

Duane A. Duncan, 22, of the first block of Bluffs Road in Conowingo, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Luigi Monaco, 20, of the 2800 block of Carmen Road in Middleport, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Lynn Conny, 18, of the 1200 block of 89th Street in Niagra Falls, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Rolando Bristol Jr., 21, of the 900 block of East Fulton Street in Lancaster, Pa., was arrested Monday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Tiffany S. Nordell, 28, of the 6500 block of Parnell Avenue in Dundalk, who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Rastarik Ayinde Ferguson, 23, of the 500 block of East Avenue in Glenside, Pa., was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

Thomas Edwin Miller, 31, of the first block of Leddom Road in Elkton, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Patrick Francis Carico, 22, of the 1200 block of Bridgeton Road in Fawn Grove, Pa, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Patrick Bernard McGahee, 28, of the 300 block of Todd Place in Washington, D.C., was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Shawn Horatio Luby, 41, of the 400 block of Ellwell Court in Glen Burnie, who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Wednesday on a Frederick County bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000.
