Havre de Grace

David Christopher Levy, 29, of the 900 block of Erie Street, was arrested Thursday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Havre de Grace police report:

Tracy Scott, 21, of the first block of Lasonia Court in Edgewood, was charged last Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Melisa Madeline Cassell-Kozlowski, 37, of the 1400 block of Prospect Mill Road in Bel Air, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Robert Hall, 31, of the 700 block of Erie Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault. Police said he swung a grill lighter and hit someone in the hand. No medical attention was required by the victim.

A car was broken into in the 400 block of Webb Lane between Oct. 28 and last Wednesday. A radio faceplate, iPod and prescription medications, valued at $190, were stolen.

An apartment in the 500 block of Franklin Street was broken into Friday through an exterior window. A 32-inch television and container filled with change, totaling about $500, were stolen.

Another apartment in the 500 block of Franklin Street was broken into a month ago and reported Friday. Medication was stolen.

Two iPods, cash and medication were stolen from a car Sunday in the 500 block of Green Street. Value of the theft is $200.

Kids were smoking pot behind the basketball courts in the 400 block of Village Drive Friday but were gone when police arrived.

Hickory

A boy on a bike was hit by a car in the parking lot of Redner's in Hickory Friday, the boy's mother told police. The female driver of the car gave the boy more than $500 and told him not to tell anyone.
