Benjamin Joseph Smith Jr., 31, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, who is being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Tuesday in a case he was charged with third-degree sex offense and fourth-degree sex offense.

Joshua Lee Davidson, 22, of the 1900 block of Esther Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Davidson was also arrested on another bench warrant the same day.
