Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Paula Michelle Selchert, 33, of the 100 block of Hanover Street, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.

Eric Gregory Lind, 23, of the 3500 block of Churchville Road, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana.

Rondrae D. Lark, 23, of the 1300 block of Tralee Circle, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with unlawful sale of firearm, illegally having a handgun and illegally having a handgun in a vehicle.

Dwane Allen Mabe, 22, of the first block of Norman Avenue, was arrested Thursday on three bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, vandalism less than $500 and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Richard Allen Engelberth, 47, of the first block of Garden Drive, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000, vandalism less than $500 and tampering with water supply meter. Engelberth was also arrested on a warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Shots were fired in the woods near the Holly Hill Motel in the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard Oct. 3.

Jeffrey Todd Scott, 18, of the 2600 block of Bailey Road, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Manue Lester, 29, of the 2400 block of Edwards Manor Drive, was charged Sept. 21 with four counts of forging private documents, four counts of issuing false documents, two counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000, theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and theft scheme between $10,000 and $100,000. Lester allegedly stole and forged his mother's checks then cashed them for a theft of about $20,000.

Two bicycles were vandalized Oct. 1 in the 200 block of Columbine Court.

A woman was disorderly Oct. 1 in the 1700 block of Landmark Drive.

A male patient tried to hit a woman Oct. 2 at Forest Hill Health and Rehab in the 100 block of Forest Valley Drive.

Frederick L. Seling III, 20, of the 100 block of Hopkins Street, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, unsafe lane change, and making left turn from improper road position.

Angela Marie Jackson, 30, of the 100 block of Bay Boulevard, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and four counts stealing or selling firearm.

A building was broken into in the 1100 block of Lapidum Road Oct. 2.

Havre de Grace police report:

Vernon L. Hickman, 36, of the first block of Hillcrest in Conowingo, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A husband spit on his wife in the 400 block of North Union Avenue on Friday. No injuries were reported.

A boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing loudly in the 500 block of South Juniata Street on Friday.

Michael Roman Brewster, 20, of the 800 block of North Juniata Street, was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a lawful police order and resisting arrest.

Theresa Shiller, 51, of the 500 block of Frable Street in Nazareth, Pa., was charged Saturday with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, stopping vehicle in intersection, driver consuming beverage in passenger area of vehicle on highway and violating a license restriction.

Ashley Renee Colston, 20, of the 100 block of Crane Highway North in Glen Burnie, was charged Friday with second-degree escape.

Annette Bryant, 50, of the 4400 block of Old York Road in Baltimore, was charged Friday with theft less than $1,000.

Christopher Alexander Pollard, 32, of the 5900 block of Tiger Lilly Lane in Richmond, Va., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Polanka, 26, of the 100 block of South Main Street in North East, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with resisting arrest and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Michael Andre Knight, 32, of the 5700 block of Emelia Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Sept. 16 with concealing dangerous weapon.
