Gregory Earl Tubbs, 24, of the 300 block of Squaw Court, was charged Friday with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason Andrew Owens, 31, of the 600 block of Concord Street, was charged Monday with narcotics possession with intent to injure and drug possession other than marijuana.

Christopher B. Freitag, 42, of the 300 block of Georgia Court in Sewell, N.J., was charged Thursday with making a false statement to a police officer and drug possession other than marijuana.
Richard Tyler Klunk, 21, who police said has no fixed address, was arrested Saturday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Gerald O'Neal Simpson, 61, of the 300 block of Spry Island Road, was charged Saturday with failure to control speed to avoid a collision, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent and reckless driving, failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving property damage, failure to return to the scene of an accident involving injury, failure of a driver to report an accident with injury to the nearest police and failure of the driver to furnish the required insurance after an accident involving injury.
Kristie Dawn Hart, 41, of the 500 block of Edkhart Drive, was charged Monday with first- and second-degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon with the intent to injure and reckless endangerment.
Drug paraphernalia was found Thursday in the 200 block of Stillmeadow Drive.
