Aberdeen

Gene R. Bowser Jr., 34, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, was charged Thursday with three counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana and three counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.

Marcelles A. Kenly, 25, of the 300 block of Center Deen Court, was arrested Aug. 31 on a warrant for one count of trespassing, one count of marijuana possession, one count of possessing another drug and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Jacob Michael Seaman, 24, of the first block of Spesutia Road, was charged Saturday with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary and two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Vincin E. Harpster Jr., 55, with addresses in the 100 block of West Bel Air Avenue and in the 1100 block of Walters Mill Road in Forest Hill, was charged Friday with violating a protection order, harassment as a course of conduct, telephone misuse by making repeat calls and violating a protection order.

Mark Ray Hamilton, 42, of the first block of Green Avenue, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

A man called someone else a racist and was being disorderly in the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard Friday.

Randy W. Jennings Jr., 19, of the 400 block of Underwood Lane in Bel Air, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Kashif Rashad Brown, 24, of the 300 block of Seagull Drive, was charged Monday with driving while her license and privilege were suspended, failure to drive right of center, failure to stop at red traffic signal before right turn, reckless driving, attempting to elude police in official police vehicle by failing to stop.

Mynica Janelle Jenifer, 29, of the 500 block of Meadowood Drive, was charged Monday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Diana Alicia Hicks, 37, of the first block of Swan Street, was charged Sunday with drinking an alcoholic beverage in a public place and possession of marijuana.

Justin Paul-William Bailey, 20, of the 900 block of Sugar Maple Street in Hampstead, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing more than one license at a time and negligent driving.

William Carr, 54, of the 10000 block of Shanktown Road in Big Pool, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Kevin Patrick Sweeney, 58, of the 3000 block of Fredrick Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with eight building and property violations

Dreece Joana Samuel, 21, of the 9500 block of Decatur Road in Middle River, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license and privilege were suspended and displaying suspended license.
