George Lee Keihl Jr., 25, of the 11000 block of Martin Grove Road in Hedgesville, W. Va., was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failure to stop after unattended vehicle or property damage accident, failure of vehicle driver in accident to locate and notify owner of unattended vehicle or property damage, failure to furnish written identification information on unattended damaged vehicle or property.

Robin Denise Cifarelli, 42, of the 600 block of Colora Road, was arrested Aug. 2 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael S. Latourette, 25, of the 100 block of Crothers Road in Rising Sun, was charged Aug. 2 with possession of marijuana, possessing a suspended license, displaying suspended license, driving while his registration was suspended, failure to display registration card on demand, driving while his license and privilege were suspended, displaying expired registration plates issued by any state, driving an uninsured vehicle and operating unregistered vehicle. Latourette was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Robert Lee Oliver, 26, of the 1200 block of Parham Street in Henderson, N.C., was charged Aug. 2 with being a fugitive from Connecticut justice.
