Cynthia Lou Lambert, 32, of the 1400 block of Saint Christopher Court, was charged Friday with driving a rented vehicle in violation of rental agreement, driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol or alcohol and drugs, driving while impaired by controlled dangerous substance, negligent driving and reckless driving.

Marvin Leon Johnson Jr., 32, of the 400 block of Blue Heron Court, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without required license and authorization and driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Jamie Robert Lewis Steppe, 27, of the 500 block of Pintail Court, was charged Thursday with second-degree escape.

Karri Amalia Schulze, 25, of the 3300 block of Level Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license and privilege were suspended and driving while her license was suspended.

Damion Garrison, 38, of the 400 block of Dembytown Road, was charged Saturday with disturbing the peace with loud noise, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Russell A. Garrison, 56, of the 400 block of Dembytown Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing and hindering police.

Lawrence Halley Murray, 25, of the 4300 block of Webster Lapidum Road, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, aggressive driving, failure to yield right of way on left turn, driving off roadway while passing vehicle, unsafe lane change, failure to display registration card on demand, failure to drive right of center, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, reckless driving, negligent driving and speeding.

Dennis Ray Lewis, 34, of the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault. He was also arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $500.

Michael Adrian McMillion, 19, of the 600 block of Camilla Street, was charged Thursday with driving without required license and authorization.

Nickole Lynn Myers, 32, of the 800 block of Erie Street, was charged Monday with second-degree assault after she allegedly assaulted her husband. The victim had visible injuries to his face, but refused medical treatment.

James Edward Lee IV, 18, of the 4400 block of Webster Lapidum Road, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, violating provisional license restriction and failure to display two lighted front lamps when required
