Havre de Grace police report:

Stephanie D. Buscaglia, 27, of the 4200 block of Roland Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Cheryl Cox, 32, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Patricia Ann Witt, 46, of the 400 block of Battery Drive, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and common nuisance distributing drugs.

Albert Ellsworth Stokes III, 47, of the 400 block of North Freedom Lane, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly thrown out of a second-story window on June 14 in the 800 block of Lafayette Street. Her boyfriend, Gregory Allen Pitts, 40, of the same address, was arrested and charged with first-degree and second-degree assault. The woman was taken to shock trauma with non-life-threatening injuries.

Brandy Nicole McCurdy, 28, of the 700 block of Ontario Street, was arrested last Wednesday on a Harford County Sheriff's Office warrant for failing to appear in court.

Police responded to reports of an assault in the 400 block of Revolution Street on Friday. A woman reported being struck in the face by her ex-boyfriend, but refused medical attention and no charges were filed.

A caller at William Watters Methodist Church in the 1400 block of West Jarrettsville Road reported June 2 someone vandalized and stole copper wire out of a pavilion behind the church.

A caller at the Northern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported May 31 someone vandalized a car.

A caller in the 4500 block of Norrisville Road reported June 6 someone stole scrap metal.

Brian Anthony Sanderson, 31, of the 400 block of Kemper Road, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with trespassing on school ground, littering, damaging school property and causing litter or dumping less than 100 pounds.

William B. Benser, 53, of the 1000 block of Pine Street, was charged last Wednesday with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm with a felony conviction.
