Maryland State Police and Sheriff's Office reports:

Matthew Justin Beckner, 18, of the 100 block of West Inca Street, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Mark Anthony Hooker, 50, of the first block of West Inca Street, was charged Wednesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Jeffrey Mark Cannella, 52, of the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault and having an alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment.

Cars were broken into Wednesday in the 600 block of Bernadette Drive, the 2000 block of Bay Meadows Court and the 400 block of Dellcrest Drive.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 2000 block of Bay Meadows Court.

Vandalism was reported to a yard Wednesday in the 1700 block of Lasalle Road.

Shots were fired Tuesday in the 100 block of Paden Court and in the 1800 block of Trudeau Drive.

Havre de Grace

Maryland State Police and Sheriff's Office report:

Kymberly Reed, 39, of the 100 block of Snow Chief Drive, was charged Saturday with exceeding the maximum driving speed.

Gilberto Ferrer Suris, 36, of the first block of Walnut Street, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Sugar may have been in a gas tank Wednesday on Walnut Street.

Havre de Grace police report:

Tyrone M. Brinkley, 32, of the 1200 block of North Woodyear Street in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with second-degree escape, resisting arrest and making a false statement to an officer.

A burglary was reported last Friday in the 100 block of Wilson Street. Money, jewelry, a laptop computer, a PlayStation game system, shoes and hats were missing.

A victim reported Monday being assaulted and possibly TASERed by four people in a robbery June 5 in the 600 block of Fountain Street. The four, two men and two women, came up to the victim on the porch of the victim's friend's home, demanded all personal items, then began punching and kicking the victim. At one point, one suspect displayed an electronic advice similar to a TASER and shocked the victim. The suspects took money and the victim's wallet before fleeing down the street.

A theft was reported from a home in the 600 block of North Stokes Street on June 6.

A GPS system was stolen Saturday from a Jeep in the 800 block of South Adams Street.

The back window of a car was broken Sunday in the 400 block of Village Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Monday in the 100 block of Bayland Drive.

Joppa

Vandalism was reported at the park on Trimble Road and Foster Knoll Drive on Wednesday.

A theft was reported from a home in the 2600 block of Kenwood Drive.

A theft was reported from a vehicle in the 700 block of Joppa Farm Road on Wednesday.

Perryman

Chester L. Simpson, 47, of the 400 block of Michaelsville Road, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

Whiteford

James C. Goode, 61, of the 4500 block of Slate Ridge Road, was charged Wednesday with theft below $1,000.

A wallet was stolen from a vehicle in the 2300 block of Whiteford Road on Wednesday.

Other reports

Timothy Elijah Mack, 30, of the 8900 block of Flagstone Circle in Randallstown, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Joseph P. Cicalo, 33, of the 400 block of Carr Street in Forked River, N.J., was charged Thursday with having a concealed dangerous weapon and vandalism.
