Jeffrey Rose, 20, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case where he is charged with theft less than $100.

Ronald Wilson Brown Jr., 24, of the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case where he is charged with second-degree assault.

Zachery Ted Cheuvront, 24, of the 400 block of South Parke Street, was arrested on three bench warrants Monday in cases where he is charged with driving on a suspended license and privilege and two counts of driving with a suspended license.

Robert Joseph Lockman, 39, of the 1800 block of Mitchell Drive, was charged on an arrest warrant Monday with attempted fourth-degree burglary, possessing a dangerous weapon with intent to injure and vandalism.

Mary Paige Hoar, 18, of the 1000 block of Irwins Choice, was charged Thursday with theft less than $1,000.

Justin Travis Csillag, 21, of the 700 block of Thomas Run Road, was arrested as a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania Friday.

Joseph Walter Lynch, 25, of the 300 block of Maitland Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case where he is charged with driving on a suspended license and privilege.

Michael Devin Ehirim, 28, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Monday with driving without the required license and authorization, giving a false name to police, having someone under the age of 16 without a seatbelt, failure to display his license and registration card on demand, driving on a suspended license and privilege, driving with a suspended license and two counts of failure to secure a child in a safety seat.

Antwon John McClinton, 21, of the first block of Dunvale Road in Towson, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and fourth-degree sexual offense.

Dion Lee Kuhn, 41, of the 400 block of Scarsdale Road in Baltimore, was charged with telephone misuse, harassment and 10 counts of violating a protective order.
