Michael Devin Ehirim, 28, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Monday with driving without the required license and authorization, giving a false name to police, having someone under the age of 16 without a seatbelt, failure to display his license and registration card on demand, driving on a suspended license and privilege, driving with a suspended license and two counts of failure to secure a child in a safety seat.

A man pulled a knife on a cab driver Saturday at Landmark Drive in Forest Hill. The cab driver was unharmed and the person did not pay the cab fee.

Cathy Maddy Wright, 40, of the 1200 block of Independence Square, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case she was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft less than $1,000.
