Credit card fraud was reported Tuesday in the 4700 block of Witchhazel Way.

A man was screaming while walking down the street Tuesday in the 3500 block of Farm Road.

A bank card was stolen Wednesday in the 2400 block of Old Robin Hood Road.

Abingdon

A possible break-in was reported at McDonald's, in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard, on Wednesday.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Wednesday in the 1200 block of Penshurst Court.

License plates were stolen Tuesday in the 3700 block of Philadelphia Road.

Copper was stolen Tuesday in the 2900 block of Galloway Place.

A break-in was reported Tuesday in the 3300 block of Garrison Circle.

Bel Air

James Morrow, 59, of the 700 block of Idlewild Road, was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failing to attach registration plates.

A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 100 block of Prospect Mill Road.

Bel Air police report:

Someone vandalized a fence by pushing a large log through it Tuesday on Kenmore Avenue.

Thefts were reported at Sears and Jo-Ann Fabric on Wednesday.

Donald Corbin, 51, of the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court in a case in which he was charged with making a false statement to a police officer, theft less than $100 and having a fraudulent ID.

A gun was reported fired in the 4400 block of Perkins Place on Wednesday.

Food was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Hoagie Drive.

Darlington

Kristen Neaves, 24, of the 4200 block of Auer Lane, was charged Wednesday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Edgewood

Gary Bell, 35, of the 900 block of Top View Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Geoffrey Brown, 19, of Windstream Way, was charged Wednesday with drug possession with intent to distribute and possessing drugs other than marijuana.

Shalicia Jenkins, 38, of the 700 block of Anthony Court, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.

An apartment was broken into Wednesday in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive.

Front and rear license plates were stolen Wednesday in the 2100 block of Morgan Street.

Someone threw items at a car Wednesday in the 900 block of Cedar Crest Court.

A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Tuesday in the 2100 block of Belair Road.

Forest Hill

Adam Reinhardt, 18, of the 2500 block of Edwards Manor Court, was charged Wednesday with possessing marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Eric Suarez-Marias, 20, of the 1100 block of Saddle View Way, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree burglary, trespassing and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Gas was stolen from work trucks Wednesday on Newport Drive.

Nails were in the driveway in the 300 block of Willrich Circle on Tuesday.

Havre de Grace

Jeremy Sliver, 25, of the 2300 block of Nova Drive, was charged Wednesday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of marijuana possession.

Dimitri Green, 20, of the 1200 block of Battery Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $1,000.

Tracy Brown, 46, of the 200 block of Lewis Street, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Jeremy Sliver, 25, of the 2300 block of Nova Drive, was charged Tuesday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Potential burglars were chased off in the 100 block of Cooley Mill Road on Tuesday.

Brittany Goodrich, 24, of the 3700 block of Davis Corner Road, was charged Tuesday with driving while her license was suspended and driving without a required license.
