Thanks to all those who attended last Saturday's Basket Bingo at Port's VFW. My relay team sponsored the event and all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. My teammates Patricia Eastridge, Pat Hayden, Maggie Jackson, Karen Crockett, Stephanie Gibson, Shirley Eller, Lizzie Gibson, provided the food and help, teammate Tim Gibson and friends Bryan Job and David McKinney worked the kitchen for us, co-captain Anne Gibson served as caller; and two of our survivors, Pat Job and Patsy To worked the door. Husband Rick was sick that night and could not reprise his usual role of working the bingo floor. Our next fundraising bingo will be held on Saturday, May 11, at Good Shepherd School, 800 Aiken Avenue, Perryville. Come and join us!
