Susquehanna Lodge No 130 A.F. & A.M. from Havre de Grace held an open installation at the Mt. Ararat Lodge room in Bel Air last week. The Grand Officers of the Grand Lodge of Maryland lead by the Most Worshipful Grand Master Gerald E. Piepiora presided over the installation ceremony. The officers installed as the 2013 – 2014 officers were Worshipful Master Mark T. Fayer Sr.; Senior Warden Michael Hitchings; Junior Warden Patrick Sypolt; Secretary John Ford; Treasurer Steve Gamatoria Jr.; Senior Deacon Al Peteraf; Junior Deacon John Reinhart, Jr.; Senior Steward Scott Padgett; Chaplain Bill Mentzer, PM. The Grand Inspector is Bill McGahan. Well in excess of 100 people were present including the wife of the Worshipful Master, Sally Fayer, his son and daughter, his parents Jim and Betty Fayer and his brother Tom. Many members of the DeMolay and Jobs Daughters International where Mark had served as Associate Grand Guardian. The Most Worshipful Grand Master announced that he had appointed Brother James Gamble a Grand Inspector posthumously.
