An end of summer musical concert will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Havre de Grace Presbyterian Church, 551 Franklin St. in Havre de Grace. Featuring the musical groups of Christian Community Presbyterian Church from Bowie; Youth Orchestra; Cornerstone Choir featuring contemporary Christian music; Chinquant, three and a half octave bell choir; and Chancel Choir presenting traditional Christian anthems.

The Grand Chapter of Maryland Order of the Eastern Star had a busy week last week starting on Wednesday with an exchange night with The Grand Officers of Pennsylvania held at Gleaner Chapter 49 at the Grand Lodge of Maryland Corinthian meeting room. At the end of the week they held regular Grand Visitations meetings, with a meeting Friday at Frederick Chapter in Frederick and Saturday in Hagerstown at Queen Esther 3. The USNTC Bainbridge Reunion will be held at the Clarion Hotel in Aberdeen Sept. 26 to 30.
