J.M. Huber celebrated 60th anniversary

The J.M. Huber plant in Havre de Grace celebrated its 60th anniversary Oct. 13.

The event was kicked off by Mike Mullahey, the plant manager, and special guest speaker Mayor Wayne H. Dougherty of Havre de Grace. He spoke fondly of the Huber site, thanking them for being an asset to the community by bringing in jobs, being active with the Chamber of Commerce and continuing to be a friendly neighbor to the citizens of Havre de Grace.

More than 140 Huber employees, retirees and their families attended the event. The celebration included plant tours, product demonstrations, door prizes and lots of food and fellowship.

Best wishes were sent to J.M. Huber for many more prosperous years to come.
