Harford County floral designer appointed to Regional Training Unit

Flowers by Lucy floral designer Tracey Smith has been appointed to a two-year term on the DC-MD-VA Teleflora Members Unit. The group plans and presents quarterly educational programs for members. Most programs are also open to floral professionals who are outside the Teleflora network.
