Several restaurants and a liquor store in Harford County have added new licensees to their liquor licenses.

At their meeting Feb. 20, members of the Harford County Liquor Control Board approved the addition of a handful of licensees.

At Winter's Run Inn, 1907 Philadelphia Road in Joppa, Daniel Cole Jr. and Australia Ritchie were added, while Steven M. Melocik remained.

Vincent and Felicia Schiattarella were added to the license at their family's Primavera Restaurant, 3920 Pulaski Highway in Abingdon, and Mindy and Foula Hapsis were added to their family's Olive Tree license, 1005 Beards Hill Road in Aberdeen.

At Beards Hill Liquors, 939 Beards Hill Road in Aberdeen, Sarah Klein and Michele Touche were added to the license, joining Andrew Klein.

And at Silks Restaurant at Bulle Rock, 320 Blenheim Lane, William D. Lewis was added to the liquor license.

Liquor board member Michael Thomson issued a word of caution to the licensees at Bulle Rock, which sells liquor out on the golf course.

"Be careful at prepared events, especially of substitutions; that seems to be a big crack," Thomson said.

Also at the meeting, the board approved two outside serving dates for the Bayou Restaurant and accepted payment of a $2,000 fine from the former Marlin & Rays.

The board also approved one-day beer and wine licenses for Bel Air Downtown Alliance Feb. 22; Izaak Walton League – Sportsman's Chapter, Feb. 24; Aberdeen Rotary Club, March 9; John Carroll School Patriot Parent Association, March 10; and Bel Air Rotary Club, March 15. A one-day beer, wine and liquor license for St. Margaret Home School Association for March 9.
