Community Foundation of Harford County elects new board officers

Community Foundation of Harford County has elected new board officers: Jayne Klein, president; Ken Ferrara, vice president; Kathleen Beck, secretary; and Ed Kouneski, CPA, treasurer. They will serve two-year terms.
