Harford Farm Fair carnival

An inspector from the Maryland State Department of Labor and Industry Safety Inspection Unit looks over the Zipper ride Tuesday afternoon at the Harford County Farm Fair's pre fair carnival which opened Tuesday evening at the county Equestrian Center in Bel Air.
