( MATT BUTTON | AEGIS STAFF, Patuxent Homestead / April 5, 2012 ) For years residents of English Country Manor and businesses along Gateway Drive in Bel Air have been asking for a traffic light at the intersection with Boulton Street near Harford Mall. Funding for the project is included in the town administrator's proposed 2013 budget. |
