New Abingdon JCPenney

The newly constructed JCPenny store in Abingdon's Box Hill Corporate Center is scheduled to officially open to shoppers on Friday, Oct. 5. Final stocking of inventory and other finishing touches on the 86,000 square foot store were taking place this week. The store is the company's first in Harford County.
