Congratulations to Kelsey Glatts and her color guard and band mates "The Vanguards" on their second place finish in Hershey, Pa., state band championships.

Kelsey was also named Student of the Month at Sun Valley High School. She is the daughter of Jimmy and Susie Glatts. Their other daughter, Issi Glatts, is sent congratulations on being named Student of the Month at Northley Middle School.
