Aberdeen

Velma Terrell Carey, 53, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failure to display a registration card on demand, knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle, driving while her license was suspended and driving with a suspended registration.

Douglas Bryon Langkam, 55, of the 1000 block of Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree escape.

Three men walking in the 600 block of Possum Trot Way Tuesday looked suspicious, and the caller was concerned because of recent car break-ins in the area.

Five residents in the 4700 block of Witchhazel Way reported Tuesday their cars were broken into and some were damaged.

An iPod and charging cable were stolen from a vehicle Tuesday in the 4900 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

Items were taken from a vehicle Tuesday in the 4800 block of Atlas Cedar Way.

Izell Eugene Osborne, 23, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100.

Kevin Darshaun Watkins, 18, of the first block of Alton Street, was charged Wednesday with unauthorized removal of property.

Someone was refusing to leave 7-Eleven, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Tuesday.

A vehicle was opened but nothing was taken in the 200 block of Graceford Drive on Tuesday.

Someone broke into Aberdeen Auto Care, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Tuesday and may have taken items.

Craig Poorbaugh, 22, of the 1400 block of Wooden Branch Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was loitering.

Michael Thomas Payne, 23, of the 100 block of Lynbrook Road, was charged Wednesday with having a handgun in a vehicle and four counts of second-degree assault.

Samuel Robertson, 50, of the 1800 block of Steven Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with speeding and driving while his license was suspended.

Robert Thomas Hurte, 19,of the 1800 block of Harford Square Court, was charged Wednesday with being a rogue and vagabond and possession of burglary tools.

Kingsville

Eric Brian Bowen, 47, of the first block of Batterbrook Court, was charged Tuesday with two counts of driving while his license was suspended, driving without the required license and authorization, driving while his license was revoked, violating a license restriction, driving a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock as required, driving with alcohol in his blood as a violation of a restriction and driver consuming an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area on a highway.

Jarrettsville

Ravens tickets were stolen from a car Tuesday in the 3700 block of Norrisville Road.

Joppa

Sara Pastelak, 22, of the 2500 block of Franklinville Road, was arrested Tuesday on a district court bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with obtaining a prescription by forgery.

Shots were heard fired Tuesday in the 2500 block of Chilberry Avenue.

Perryman

Three people were seen looking into houses Tuesday in the 1900 block of Perryman Road.

Street

Cindy Lynn Smith, 40, of the 1100 block of Priestford Road who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

A man was reported to be standing on the Deer Creek bridge on Forge Hill Road with a long rifle Tuesday.

A lawn was turfed Wednesday in the 3700 block of Peach Orchard Road.

A student at North Harford High School reported Wednesday a sexual assault at a park on Sandy Hook Road near the Deer Creek bridge that happened the night before.

Whiteford

Eric Bruce Davis, 36, of the 4300 block of Prospect Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Ryan Edward Hoch, 23, of the 4400 block of Flintville Road, was charged Wednesday with obtaining a prescription by making a forgery.

Mail was stolen Tuesday from the 2900 block of Whiteford Road.

Heidi Mane Hambrecht, 34, of the first block of Buddy Boulevard in Chesapeake City, was arrested Tuesday on two bench warrants in cases in which she was charged with theft less than $100 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Victor Mauricio Saez, 37, of the 100 block of South Ritters Lane in Owings Mills, was arrested Tuesday on a Baltimore County bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession a suspended license, driving while his license was suspended and speeding.

Lamont Keith Jones, 26, of the first block of Old School House Road in Port Deposit, was arrested Tuesday on a district court bench warrant in a case in which eh was charged with theft less than $1,000 and theft between $1,000 and $10,000. He was also arrested on two child support warrants.

Daniel Lawrence Silvey, 25, of the 3800 block of Delta Road in Airville Pa., was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, speeding and failing to move to the curb when required by police.
