Kevin Michelle Shanahan, 36, of the 600 block of Possum Trot Way, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Vickie Lynn Marshall, 33, of the 100 block of Riddle Drive, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failing to send a child to school.

Mark Stephen Vananzo, 50, of the 2300 block of Shoreham Court, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful police order and resisting arrest.

Aberdeen police report:

Joseph Lawrence, 26, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, was charged Wednesday with trespassing.

Dwight Lee Green, 51, of the 1200 block of Barry Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged Wednesday with trespassing.

Scooters were stolen Wednesday in the first block of Riddle Drive and the first block of Valley Bottom Road.

Money was taken from a wallet Wednesday in the first block of South Post Road.

Tires were cut on three cars Wednesday in the 200 and 300 blocks of South Law Street.

Philip Paul Malecki, 27, of the 300 block of Aiken Terrace was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana and obstructing and hindering police.

Someone was sleeping in a car Monday on Mitchell Drive.

Strange lights in the sky were reported over Kensington Parkway and Bryon Court Monday.

Samuel Ulysses Brown, 55, of the first block of Tolchester Lane, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle and driving while his registration was suspended.

A house was broken into Monday in the 1100 block of Calvary Road.

Bel Air police report:

Kayla Danielle Gray, 19, of the 300 block of George Street, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Five to six skateboarders were sitting on the steps of a building on East Pennsylvania Avenue and taking pictures Saturday.

Children in the neighborhood of East Broadway were ringing doorbells and running Saturday.

Police responded to two fights at bars in Bel Air Saturday night into Sunday morning. One was at Dark Horse Saloon in the 100 block of South Main Street, where the Bel Air officer asked for additional help from his colleagues as well as the sheriff's office. At Magerks, in the 100 block of South Bond Street about an hour later, a manager was punched by a customer.

Vandalism and graffiti were reported Monday in a public bathroom at Harford Mall in the 600 block of Belair Road.

Tires were flattened overnight Sunday on Tolchester Lane.

The mail unit on Chaucer Lane was hammered until it was broken open Monday.

Tools were stolen from the construction area in the 500 block of Upper Chesapeake Drive Monday.

A theft was reported from Home Depot Tuesday in the 600 block of Marketplace Drive.

Paul Samuel Haye, 34, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Wednesday with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Anthony Fish, 19, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was arrested Wednesday on a Baltimore City bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with marijuana possession.

Kinesha M. Council, 21, of the 6200 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Wednesday with theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000.

Christopher Maurice Lee, 29, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession, opening letters without permission, theft less than $1,000, charging goods less than $500 to another credit card and stealing another person's credit card.

"Sensitive information" was stolen Monday from the 2000 block of Watergate Court.

Four-wheelers were being ridden in the area Monday in the 2000 block of Connolly Road.

Bridget Heather Shea, 43, of the 1800 block of Patula Court, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Ex-employees stole money Monday in the 2000 block of Rock Spring Road.

Julius Dominic McNair, 25, of the 1800 block of Chapel Road who also has an address in Baltimore, was arrested Wednesday on bench warrants in case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended, driving an uninsured vehicle and failure to maintain the required security on a vehicle and failure to display his license on demand.

A possible rabid raccoon was in a backyard in the 3900 block of Deer Park Court Tuesday.

A bike was stolen Tuesday from a front yard in the 300 block of Old Robin Hood Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

Asante Anderson, 36, of the 2800 block of Winchester Street in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism more than $500.

Alexander Hines, 33, who has addresses in the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard and the 100 block of North Parke Street in Aberdeen, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and trespassing.

A man struck an employee after an argument at Harford Memorial Hospital on Wednesday.

A home was broken into Wednesday in the 600 block of Lafayette Street.

Jessica Marie Berry, 29, of the 1100 block of South Mountain Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Michael Richard Sherwood, 22, of the 2800 block of Whiteford Road, was charged Tuesday with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Two tires on a police car and two tires on another vehicle were flattened Tuesday in the 4400 block of Prospect Road.

White Hall

An air-conditioning unit was stolen Wednesday from the 4500 block of Norrisville Road.

Items were taken from a home Wednesday in the 5400 block of Norrisville Road.

Jonathan Joseph Klein, 21, of the 3100 block of Season Court in Dundalk was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with vandalism more than $500.

Paul William Kittle, 46, of the first block of Alloy Court in Middle River, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failure to display a registration card on demand, driving with a suspended registration, giving a false name to a police officer, having an inoperable stoplight, driving while his license was suspended and driving with an expired license.

Melissa Marie Lukowski, 31, of the 400 block of Westfield Road in Dundalk, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with obtaining drugs by altering a prescription and obtaining drugs by forging a prescription.

Kerry Forde, 34, who has addresses in the 3900 block of Ravenwood Avenue in Baltimore and in Randallstown, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization, speeding and two counts of driving while her license was suspended.

Jeffrey Stewart Dinsmore, 53, of the 100 block of Doctor Jack Road in Port Deposit, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failure to return to or stay at the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage.

Christopher Davon Gray, 22, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with theft scheme $1,000 to $10,000 and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
