PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST Jackson R. (J.R.) Barnett, 6, works on a project in the “Art Attack” class in the Summer!Kids@Carroll program. Summer!Kids@Carroll is offered by Carroll Community College, with half- and full-day programs for children ages 3to 14. In the “Art Attack” class, students use their imaginations and a variety of materials to create artwork. Art Attack is being offered again July 25 to 29.
