Fifth-grade students from Manchester Elementary decorate the Town Hall tree in front of the Memorial Building on York Street in Manchester on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The students made all off the holiday ornaments they hung, under the direction of art teacher Amy Smith. Read about the decorating here.
