With neon costumes and a set that looks like a haunted house, this production is "out of control," said Meredith Birmingham, director.

"It's like a living comic book," Birmingham laughed. "It's ridiculous."

The story of a good girl breaking up with a bad boy who later becomes a nuclear zombie with the help of her love features a cast of about 32, she said.
