( Staff Photo by Jen Rynda / November 27, 2012 ) The Angle of Hope statue at South Carroll Senior and Community Center in Eldersburg. A candlelight vigil will be held at the statue on Dec. 6. The family of Josh Hughes, whose death help inspire the statute's placement in Eldersburg, is organizing the event, and said since the holiday season is hard for bereaved parents and family members, they wanted to invite people to light a candle in memory of their child and hang an ornament on a "Tree of Remembrance." |
