Westminster Fallfest flexes its muscles

Special Olympians, from left, Ralph Gemmill, Woody Higgs and Chris Anderson will take part in the 2012 Westminster fallfest, which will be held Sept. 27-30. The festival raises money for a number of local organizations, and one of them is Special Olympics of Carroll County.
