Carroll County's fair starts with dedication of Buck Miller Arena

The Carroll County 4-H and FFA Fair will mark its 115th year with the 2012 edition, which runs Friday, July 27 to Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Carroll County Agriculture Center in Westminster.
