Man charged in theft of vehicle and $6,000 in hunting rifles in Eldersburg

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office said Friday that a 21-year-old Marriottsville man was arrested and charged for the theft of a Toyota RAV 4 and some $6,000 of hunting rifles and hunting equipment from unlocked vehicles at a condominium complex in Eldersburg.
