Track and field: Owings Mills club well represented at Junior Olympic Nationals

The Owings Mills Track Club has never had it so good. A record 18 of its competitors advanced to the USA Track & Field Junior Olympic Nationals at Morgan State University on July 29, by far the most athletes Owings Mills has sent to the event in the last 11 years.
