Gregory Miller, of Westminster, current president and chief operating officer of Penn-Mar Human Services, will succeed Keith Peterson as Penn-Mar's chief executive officer on July 1. Peterson will remain senior policy advisor until the end of the year at the nonprofit group that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Miller, 49, joined Penn-Mar 24 years ago. He is an ordained minister and pastor of marriage and worship at Westminster Baptist Church.
