South Rolling Road traffic

Evening rush hour traffic backs up on the access ramp from Interstate-195 onto Route 166, Rolling Road, on Feb. 14. Traffic coming off I-195 to head north to Catonsville must yield before merging onto South Rolling Road while motorists who want to go south in the direction of Arbutus and Relay now have a traffic signal to permit a left turn.
Motorists are now using the signal to turn right and avoid the line of traffic in the yield lane.
