Scout's Honor

Making gift boxes for children who have endured the same brain surgery he has had, is the Eagle Scout project of Dylan Norwood, 18, a senior at Hereford High School. Here, he takes items for the boxes to checkout on Jan. 24. Dylan had a radical operation in 1994 called a hemispherectomy after suffering a stroke at birth.
