County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will be at the rebuilt Charles Village Pub on Thursday, May 10, to celebrate the restaurant's re-opening.

A ceremony, which begins at 11:30 a.m. at 19 W. Pennsylvania Ave., Towson, will celebrate the work done to rebuild the restaurant after a January 2011 fire closed the popular restaurant for over a year.

Kamenetz will be joined by Towson Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nancy Hafford and Charles Village Pub owners Rick Bielski and Melony and Eric Wagner.

The new Charles Village Pub has been open since mid-April, with the Towson University crowd flocking back after dark and an expanded lunch and dinner menu helping draw crowds earlier in the day.
