The new restaurant in the Roland Park Shopping Center is called Johnny's and will open Tuesday, Oct. 16, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and featuring coffee and whiskey bars, the Foreman Wolf restaurant group has announced.
In an early morning press release, restaurateur Tony Foreman and business partner Cindy Wolf said their new restaurant, 4800 Roland Ave., would serve West Coast-inspired menu items with a focus on Pan-Asian and Mexican flavors.
Kiko Wilson, the executive chef of Johnny's, said in the press release that his menu would "shift with the seasons."

Johnny's is the second eatery in the historic center — joining the more upscale Petit Louis Bistro, which is also owned by the Foreman Wolf group.
The group also owns other well-known restaurants in Baltimore, including Charleston, Pazo and Cinghiale.
Foreman, of Roland Park, has been working for many months to open the new restaurant, which the Roland Park Civic League said it supports despite misgivings about a potential lack of parking.
Johnny's will be in the space that used to be Roland Park Bakery and Deli, which moved to Hampden.
