( Staff photo by Jen Rynda, Patuxent Publishing / August 20, 2012 ) Coal spills from a train car lying on its side in Ellicott City Tuesday, Aug. 21. Twenty-one cars of an 80-car CSX train came off the track just after midnight today. Two 19-year-old women died as a result of the accident. Roads were closed and the historic city came to a standstill. |
